I have seen this before on Animal Planet. The bird is surely not as rare as mentioned here. The bird pulls up it wings to avoid shadows and spot small fishes, tadpoles etc in the water. I don’t remember what bird this is or what all it eats but I have seen this before. It is surely not drinking water…
