कस्यापि नियमस्य पालनं तस्य श्रेयकारणात् भवितव्यं,न तु नियमोल्लङ्गस्य दण्डभयात्।

Any rule should be followed for the good it causes and not out of the fear of punishment it will be bring when broken.
