It’s rare to see Magnus Carlsen lose. It’s far rarer to see him lose badly. And it’s almost impossible that he would lose badly to a player who is not from Top 20, or who is barely a chess Grand Master.
But that’s what has happened just 2 days ago!
Magnus cribbed about his loss saying that his opponent was wearing a wrist watch, which distracted him. It could be true. However, the game was very good and Magnus should have been more magnanimous in his (rare) defeat.
