Here is the latest video of Aswath Damodaran on Personal Portfolio. My friend sent this as a proof of his point of view that one must always diversify and be cautious. I, on the other hand, am a risk taker and have quite a concentrated portfolio.
While I understand Prof. Damodaran’s approach, I feel that concentrated portfolio is not necessarily bad, as long as you own the decision and are ready for the outcome/consequences.
