We often talk about work-life balance as a simple balance between the job/profession and life…like the one depicted on left.
In reality, it’s a complex balance of multiple small balances placed over each other, as shown on the right hand side.
And as you can see, even a small feather or leaf (i.e. any trivial or light matter) can disturb the balance!
Real life balance is really fragile!
