We leaders will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing our own innate potential.
We will read books, participate in seminars, attend learning programmes, get certifications, change our habits, win awards and do all the ‘right’ things to ‘develop’ ourselves . . .
All because we have not the slightest faith that anything useful could ever come out of our own core . . . our ‘real’ potential.
