Kunal Shah is a controversial personality. I can say so based on my personal experience. Once I criticized him on Twitter and then he sent me DMs on Twitter and started arguing with me and psycho-analyzing me. I realized at that time that he is deeply insecure and vulnerable inside. Or he considers others as his subjects for conducting surveys, analysis or product testing. His company CRED is a fraud, in my opinion. It does not add any value and survives by fooling VCs and PEs to invest into some story he has cooked up. He is very good at cooking up stories.
Having said that he has some original or thought-provoking ideas and hence I follow him on Twitter and though his various Youtube interviews.
