Today is 6th anniversary of one of the biggest scams in India and a shining example of monumental failure of RSS ideology. Exactly 6 years ago, at 8 PM, the Prime Monster appeared on TV and announced the demonetisation.
I have blogged about that idiotic decision multiple times, but that’s not enough.
Recently, Supreme Court has finally woken up from the slumber and started hearing the cases related to demonetisation. The cases don’t challenge the executive decision i.e. don’t challenge the legality but the manner in which the decision was taken and implemented without any preparation.
Fortunately, since recently the Supreme Court hearings are streamed live and that has created tremendous value because now you can actually listen to the arguments of the lawyers and responses/comments if the judges.
P Chidambaram and Abhishek Manu Singhvi argued against the arbitrary decision of Demonetisation and they presented excellent logical points.
Do check the complete arguments here. Now the matter is posted for further hearing in 1-2 weeks. Hope the truth comes out and the Emperor is stripped and humiliated. He and his cronies must pay for this blunder.
